Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).

- Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.
- Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
- After a successful deposit, your balance is generally updated instantly.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC has not been completed.
Warning: Every withdrawal request goes through a security check. If unusual activity is detected, we may request additional information. aec567 reserves the right to temporarily hold any amount if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳32,000.
- Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager the total (deposit + bonus) amount 15 times.
- While a bonus is active, only bets placed on designated games will count toward the wagering requirement.
- Each account is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
General Bonus Policy
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time (unless specifically stated otherwise).
- Bonuses must be cleared using real money only — bonuses cannot be used to clear other bonuses.
- aec567 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure.

Gaming Rules
Game Operation

Disconnection

Disputes and Complaints
If there is a dispute regarding a game result, it must be submitted in writing to support within 72 hours of the game ending. Our team will review the game logs and make a decision. The game provider's server logs will be treated as the final reference, and this decision is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on aec567. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Conducting fraudulent activity by exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
- Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized interference with game software or systems.

- Using automated software or bots in any game.
- Fraudulent coordination or collusion with other users.
- Registering with false or forged identity documents.

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Re-registration is possible after closure, but previous bonuses and history will not be restored.

In the event of a terms violation, we reserve the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice. The balance may be forfeited if you are found to be involved in fraudulent activity. You will be informed of the reason for the account closure to the extent possible.
